TRS Recruitment Shortlisting System
The TRS Recruitment Shortlisting System is a custom-built program designed for the Singapore Police Force (SPF) Public Transport Security Command (TransCom). Each year, the SPF receives a significant number of National Service (NS) enlistees. After completing their Basic Training, a list of trainees interested in joining TransCom is provided to the Recruitment Officer. To streamline and enhance the efficiency of this process, the TRS Recruitment Shortlisting System was developed. It utilizes AI capabilities to analyze trainees’ responses and sentiments, determining their eligibility for interviews. This system ensures that only qualified trainees are shortlisted, making the recruitment process more efficient and faster.
Task
Implementing the TRS Recruitment Shortlisting System
The task involves implementing the TRS Recruitment Shortlisting System within the TransCom. This system will automate the shortlisting process for NS trainees interested in joining TransCom by evaluating their eligibility and responses. The AI capabilities of the system will assess the sentiments and answers of trainees to specific questions, determining their suitability for interviews. The implementation will focus on ensuring that the system accurately identifies eligible trainees based on predefined requirements, thus optimizing the recruitment process and reducing the time and resources spent on interviewing non-eligible candidates.
